Leila | The First Refusal

Second Life Stalker

My Never-Say-No-Challenge was limited to 30 days unless I would refuse an approach.

In that case, the challenge would be reset, and the 30 days would start again at the date of the refusal.

It happened.

This one was just too cringe.

First of all, he was horrid and had a very outdated avatar. No, he was not a noob who wouldn’t know better.

He did not care about his looks.

I discovered why: He wasn’t into living a virtual life. He was looking for other residents to fantasize about having sex with that person in real life.

Initially, he had just invited me to a dance. The place he had chosen for that was as outdated and old-school as his avatar.

But then, instead of emoting or role-playing, he was all about imagining that he would do this, that, and the other to me in real life.

Don’t get me wrong:

I do not have a problem when somebody throws in some statements related to his RL feelings during an encounter, usually done in parenthesis to distinguish it from role-play.

OK, but taking it 100% real is not on, especially not as I clearly state in my profile that I want to avoid taking this to RL.

The first time it happened, I found an excuse to escape him. Yes, I should have reset the challenge that day.

In the following days, he did almost stalk me with that shit in my IM and on Firestorm Social Island Social.

Yesterday, he asked me out to dance (calling me sweetheart, darling, etc.).

I refused and made it very clear there would be no next time.

And blocked him.

That was it for him; the challenge now ends on Mai 15th for everybody else.
