Leila last came around quite some time ago. I came back a few weeks ago, roaming the grid again.
Before you continue reading this blog post, I recommend reading about Leila and a few previous posts to get an idea of who Leila is.
What Happened So Far:
“Leila is the avatar with amnesia and a time traveler in Second Life. She explores the grid based on old landmarks in her inventory.
As the account was taken over by somebody else, she has no clue what her past on the grid was.
Her mission is to discover who she was and what she did in her previous Second Life – before May 2019. Follow her on trips to amazing landscapes and exciting places in Second Life.”
So far, so good,
The most important rule for my explorations is:
I take what comes her way, whatever that is. No fixed plan; just let her drift and see what happens.
Saying NO to whatever she might encounter is not an option.
For the time being, I am using a Motel as her home. I travel a lot anyway, so I do not need a special base or home.
Although I got one for free for some time, paid by some sugar daddy, that lasted only a short time.
At another time, I did rent a little house in Woodland City and even opened a little sex furniture store there. That didn’t work out either; the city was way too conservative for me.
I don’t need money or a job. I don’t need a home either.
I have a well-stocked inventory with hundreds of outfits. Most of the landmarks on my list are actually shops. The previous account holder must have spent a fortune on Leila.
Having said that, I would take it if I got offered a job or money. Remember: Saying no is not an option.
So far, the status quo.
The Time Machine
It was time to keep exploring those landmarks. One of them I found particularly interesting: The Dawn Kingdoms Time Travel Experience.
I was always fond of movies involving time traveling. One of my all-time favorites is “Back to The Future.”
I entered the region and found this:
The Time Machine.
I had to test this. Where will I end up, or shall I ask when will I end up?
In medieval times? Maybe in ancient times (which I always was fond of) or in the middle of the Second World War?
There was only one way to find out: Entering the time machine.
I traveled a long way back. Very long, actually. About 65 Million years. I ended up in the times of the Dinosaurs.
The region was a good replica of those times, with many different Dinosaurs. I was really impressed.
Here are some impressions of the place (the time):
