Let’s be honest: Not as often as you would like it to happen; if it does, it did require a lot of time and effort.
Here is the solution:
The Bravestone X-boxes are fully furnished luxury apartments in the sky. They come with the best sex beds you can find in Second Life (Debauchery). The region is Lovense enabled for you to use your Lovense toy for maximum satisfaction.
I tried them out with Joe, the owner of Bravestone Estates
This happened when we were doing some maintenance on one of the apartments. We just felt like having sex that day. Turned into a really hot morning:

But here comes the best part: The apartments come with sex dates included in the rent.
No need for you to hang out in clubs and try to find a partner for sex. You simply go to the Bravestone office and see which of our girls is online and invite her to your X-box.
It is that simple and you can have it as often as you need it (subject to availability).
I recommend you leave her a nice tip. That will motivate her to perform best the next time you invite her over. However, this is optional and totally at your discretion, the girls will not ask you for money.
The rent for an X-box is only 1200 L$ per week, including all the furniture and an additional 100 prims for you to use.
